Vocalization is broken down into 4 parts – Projection/Pitch/Pause/Pace. The key to successful speaking is proper breathing and watching your pace. Less experienced speakers tend to speed up their presentation, but remember to SLOW IT DOWN, try to stay in the 140 words per minute range. Some other keys:
- *Speak up
- *Slow Down
- *Enunciate
- *Practice Deep Breathing
- *Vary your pitch
- *Do vocal exercise
- *Practice reading aloud
- *Record yourself
- *Smile
